Darrell Wass is a highly skilled and experienced real estate agent based in Colorado Springs. Darrell obtained his license in 1999 and was Rookie of the Year in 2000. He has served as MLS President three times and was Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS Board
President in 2016. Darrell was REALTOR of the year in 2017 and has also gone on to serve
as Elite 25 President and Peak Producers President. Darrell has a deep understanding of
the local real estate market, and his expertise and knowledge of the area make him a
valuable resource for homebuyers and sellers alike.
His transaction experience includes multi-million dollar properties, ranches, custom homes, single family homes, condos, townhomes and land sales. Darrell is a member of Colorado Springs Elite 25, which is a group of the top 1% of brokers that also specialize in luxury
properties. He is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Darrell is also a member of the Peak Producers in Colorado.

years. He began buying and selling properties in his 20’s. Over the years, Darrell has honed

Cassidy Jones
Licensed Agent
Cassidy is an energetic and attentive agent who focuses on keeping her clients happy and finding their perfect home. What Cassidy enjoys most about working in real estate is the relationships she builds with her clients and the lifelong friendships she makes along the way.
Cassidy grew up in Monument Colorado and graduated from Lewis-Palmer High School. Cassidy received her degree in Visual Arts with an Emphasis in K-12 Education from the University of Northern Colorado. After graduation she began her professional career as an Art Teacher at Doherty High School in Colorado Springs. Cassidy spent seven years teaching a variety of art classes before finding her true calling in real estate.
Cassidy joined RE/MAX in 2015 and has found her home there since. She is a top producer and belongs to the Colorado Springs Young Professionals organization as well as the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts and holds the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert. Tanya Bingham

Residing in Monument, Colorado since 2012, Tanya has focused her knowledge and skills on
understanding the local Real Estate market and supporting her clients from start to finish through the Buying and/or Selling process. Listening to clients’ needs and providing outstanding communication is
key.
She has managed hundreds of Real Estate transactions over the years, and enjoys working as both
a Realtor and Transaction Coordinator, who understands the variables involved in a Real Estate
transaction. She has been a member of a top producing Re/Max team for the past 5 years. Sellers and Buyers can look forward to honest and professional service with attention to detail.
Tanya enjoys all that Colorado living has to offer and enjoys hiking with her family, playing golf and attending outdoor

Jean Wheaton

Jean began real estate in 2001 and currently resides in the “Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents” in Colorado and is ranked in the top 1% of all Pikes Peak MLS in Colorado Springs. Jean attended Jones Real Estate College and received advanced real estate training by earning her Accredited Buyers Representative Designation, Luxury Home Professional Designation, and the Certified Expert Negotiation Designation. Jean is a member of the Elite 25 and Peak Producers of Colorado Springs. She has her Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University.
Jean was born and raised in Colorado and absolutely loves living here. Jean and John lived in the Woodmoor area of Monument, Colorado for 24 years and raised two daughters there. She enjoyed the benefits of an excellent local public school system, a thriving community, and a wide variety of local recreation. Jean is a proud sponsor of The Children’s Miracle Network, Springs Rescue Mission and Tri-Lakes Cares, a non-profit charitable organizations that gives back to the local Tri-Lakes community.

John Wheaton
Consultant
John began real estate in January of 2005 and has lived in Colorado most of his life. He attended the University of Colorado where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After years of both public and private accounting John made the move into sales, where he has spent almost 20 years. Most of his sales background has been in the Direct Marketing field where his clients included Vail Resorts, Inc., Newsweek Magazine, Chase Manhattan Bank, American Express, Dell Computer, and the Colorado Tourism Board.
John is a Luxury Home Professional and has attended Jones Real Estate College and looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.
