Darrell Wass is a highly skilled and experienced real estate agent based in Colorado Springs. Darrell obtained his license in 1999 and was Rookie of the Year in 2000. He has served as MLS President three times and was Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS Board
President in 2016. Darrell was REALTOR of the year in 2017 and has also gone on to serve
as Elite 25 President and Peak Producers President. Darrell has a deep understanding of

Frances Sikich

Frances moved to beautiful Colorado in 1992, raising her three children in Monument where she still lives today. A veteran of the housing industry, Frances and her husband Mitch founded a small construction company that has served the Front Range since 1996. Frances and Mitch have built several custom homes of their own, which has given Frances an in-depth knowledge of the construction process and home industry. She also spent the last decade working in real estate and client services roles for a Colorado Springs-based tech company, where she earned a reputation for outstanding customer service.

Cassidy Jones

Cassidy grew up in Monument Colorado and graduated from Lewis-Palmer High School. Cassidy received her degree in Visual Arts with an Emphasis in K-12 Education from the University of Northern Colorado. After graduation she began her professional career as an Art Teacher at Doherty High School in Colorado Springs. Cassidy spent seven years teaching a variety of art classes before finding her true calling in real estate.

Cassidy joined RE/MAX in 2015 and has found her home there since. She is a top producer and belongs to the Colorado Springs Young Professionals organization as well as the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts and holds the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert. Jean Wheaton


Jean began real estate in 2001 and currently resides in the “Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents” in Colorado and is ranked in the top 1% of all Pikes Peak MLS in Colorado Springs. Jean attended Jones Real Estate College and received advanced real estate training by earning her Accredited Buyers Representative Designation, Luxury Home Professional Designation, and the Certified Expert Negotiation Designation. Jean is a member of the Elite 25 and Peak Producers of Colorado Springs. She has her Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University. 

Jean was born and raised in Colorado and absolutely loves living here. Jean and John lived in the Woodmoor area of Monument, Colorado for 24 years and raised two daughters there. She enjoyed the benefits of an excellent local public school system, a thriving community, and a wide variety of local recreation. John Wheaton


John began real estate in January of 2005 and has lived in Colorado most of his life. He attended the University of Colorado where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After years of both public and private accounting John made the move into sales, where he has spent almost 20 years. Most of his sales background has been in the Direct Marketing field where his clients included Vail Resorts, Inc., Newsweek Magazine, Chase Manhattan Bank, American Express, Dell Computer, and the Colorado Tourism Board.

John is a Luxury Home Professional and has attended Jones Real Estate College and looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.
